Presenting the Original Sin coin. Limited release of 100 units. Inspired by the tramps, hobos, and derelicts during the great depression, who were carving nickels as an art form and trading on the freight cars traveling around the country. The Buffalo nickel was available and circulating during the great depression. The large Indian head, with its fairly high relief, gave the craftsmen a lot of area to work with. The coin was a low enough denomination and not precious metal so it was affordable. We at Core Timepieces are inspired by early art and folklore of the early 20th century when art was created purely out of joy and expression.
