Faceted heart filigree vintage sterling silver lever back earrings. Good vintage condition with little signs of normal wear. Lever back vintage fastening. Stamped AS 925 on the back of the hearts. 

Acid tests positive for sterling silver. 

Earrings measure 3/4ths of an inch tall and 5/16ths of an inch wide.
